Arrabbiata sauce, or sugo all'arrabbiata in Italian, is a spicy sauce for pasta made from garlic, tomatoes, and dried red chilli peppers cooked in olive oil. The sauce originates from the Lazio region, around Rome.
Produced at the height of the season with the best tomato, olive oil, fresh vegetables, and aromatic herbs. Characteristic for the spicy flavour of the red pepper.
